LawnBrain · Interest form
Your details, and why we ask.
This notice explains the LawnBrain interest form. Submitting records your interest; it does not create an app account.
What the form collects
We collect your full name and email address, any concerns you select, any notes and phone number you choose to provide, and the time and version of your contact consent. Your selected concerns and original notes are stored separately.
Please do not put sensitive information, passwords, precise property access details, or other people’s private information in your notes.
How we use your details
Your consent allows the LawnBrain team to contact you about availability updates and relevant feedback about the lawn concerns you submit. It gives permission; it does not guarantee updates, a reply, or future contact. We also use submitted concerns to understand what homeowners need help with.
Submitting the form does not send an automated email or text. It is not an opt-in to an automated SMS program.
Who can access them
Interest form records are available to authorized team members through the existing admin system. The site is hosted on Vercel; interest form records use Supabase database services. Existing site analytics and diagnostics may process technical data; the interest form does not introduce a new provider.
Abuse prevention and repeat submissions
The intake uses an hourly keyed network hash for abuse prevention. It does not write your raw IP address into the intake record. A repeat signup with the same email preserves the first submission rather than replacing its details.
Retention, questions, and removal
We retain interest form details for up to 12 months, unless you request removal sooner. Retention review and removal are handled manually by the LawnBrain team; records do not expire automatically.
For questions or to request removal of your interest form details, contact ejimenez@jbgsystems.com. See the site’s main privacy policy for other site privacy information.
